Pro Installation

Prerequisites

Vector Expressions Pro requires the free Vector Expressions plugin to be installed and active. The Pro plugin extends the core engine — it cannot run standalone.

1. Ensure Vector Expressions (free) is installed: Installation Guide
2. Verify it appears as active in Plugins → Installed Plugins.

Installing Pro

Pro is distributed as a ZIP file provided via your purchase receipt.

1. Download vector-expressions-pro.zip from your account dashboard.
2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the ZIP and click Install Now.
4. Click Activate Plugin.

Entering Your License Key

After activation, navigate to Settings → Vector Expressions Pro. Enter your license key in the License field and click Activate License.

License Validation: License activation requires an outgoing HTTP request to the Vector Arrow licensing server. Ensure your server can make outbound HTTPS requests.

Verifying the Installation

With both plugins active, open the Block Editor. The Vector Expressions inspector panel will now display additional fields for Pro features, including the REST Bindings tab and Global Variables panel.

Multisite

Pro can be network-activated on a WordPress Multisite installation. Each sub-site requires its own license, or you can purchase a multi-site license from your account.
